A significant portion of our practice is dedicated to assisting foreign individuals with U.S. tax filing obligations, including Form 1040-NR and related reporting requirements.

Linda M. Angeles, EA, is the founder and owner of Professional Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. She is an Enrolled Agent, federally licensed by the Internal Revenue Service to represent taxpayers in the United States and abroad.
She specializes in tax compliance for foreign individuals, foreign-owned U.S. businesses, and U.S.-based entities with more complex tax needs. Her work includes 1040-NR filings, FIRPTA withholding and refunds, ITIN applications and renewals, and tax reporting for S corporations and partnerships.
With over 25 years of experience in taxation, Linda takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and works closely with clients to ensure their filings are accurate and properly handled. As a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), she can assist with ITIN applications without requiring clients to mail original identification documents to the IRS. She works with clients in both English and Spanish and maintains clear, responsive communication throughout the process.
